NAC SAAC Featured in NCAA Division III Newsletter

The NCAA National Student-Athlete Advisory Committee selected the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) SAAC as the Conference SAAC Spotlight recipient in November 2006 for its efforts toward developing a sound meeting structure and work on sportsmanship. The NCAA noted that "the NAC has elected officers, developed committee operation policies and has established a list serve to improve communication for its members."

The NAC SAAC had also organized a community service program and a conference sportsmanship statement. The sportsmanship statement, "Sportsmanship shows the Character of a True Champion," will be displayed through the dissemination of a conference-wide sportsmanship poster.  View full poster
