MMA beat two previously undefeated teams in NAC play, Johnson State and Castleton State over the weekend. Burns had 18 points, 10 boards, 4 assists, 1 block and 5 steals in just 24 minutes against Johnson State. The next day the senior scored 20 points, grabbed 10 boards, dished out 4 assists, had 2 blocks and 3 steals in MMA's 62-49 win over Castleton State. Burns shot 52% from the floor and 79% from the free throw line.
