PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Caitlyn Walker, Lasell College
(SO, FDW - Middlebury, CT)
Walker scored four goals and one assist last week in conference
play. Three goals and one assist against Elms College in 20 minutes
and a goal at Husson College to tie the game.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Kelsey Lapenas, Simmons College
(Freshman , Forward - Southwick, Mass.)
Kelsey Lapenas scored a goal and added an assist to lead Simmons
to two victories last week. She assisted on the tying goal in a 3-2
come-from-behind win against Wheelock on Tuesday and scored the
game-winner in the Shark's 1-0 win over Becker on Saturday.

NAC Golf Weekly Honors

PLAYER OF THE WEEk
Adam Duplisea, Husson
(JR, - Hermon, ME)
The Eagles won the NAC Championship with a two day total of 619.
Duplisea took home Player of the Year honors as medalist with a two
day total of 148 (77,71). Husson earned thier third straight NAC
title.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Mark Hamel, Husson
(FY, - Waterville, ME)
Husson won the NAC Championship with a two day total of 619. Hamel
finished 6th overall with a two day total of 160 (81,79) He was
named NAC Rookie of the Year and 2nd team ALl-NAC.

NAC Men's Soccer Weekly Honors
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Ryan Hahn, Castleton State College
(Jr., Forward - Benson, VT)
In a pair of conference victories this weekend Hahn played a part
in all four Spartan goals. In Saturday's 2-1 win over Becker Hahn
had an assist, and scored the game winner in overtime. Sunday the
junior assisted on the game-winner, and tacked on an insurance goal
in the second half.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Tyler Reeves, Lesley University
(FR, S - Coventry, CT) |
Reeves led the Lynx to a 2-1 record on the week with two goals
including a game winning goal against Mass Maritime Academy. In
just his freshman year, Reeves leads the team with 8 goals and 19
points total and has helped the Lynx reach a 4-4 record in the NAC.

NAC Women's Soccer Weekly Honors
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Jackie Mrazik, Me.-Farmington
(SO, F - Mount Vernon, ME)
Mrazik helped the Beavers in a pair of wins as UMF extended its
win streak to 10 games. Mrazik scored on a 25-yard strike 1:17 into
overtime to lift UMF to a 2-1 win over visiting UMaine-Fort Kent on
Sunday and set up Amber Murphy on the game-winning goal in a 2-1
decision against NAC foe Husson on Wednesday.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Ashley Ledoux, Castleton State
College
(Fr., Forward - Swanton, VT)
In a pair of conference victories Ledoux tallied four goals. The
freshman forward tallied two each in wins over Becker and Lesley.

NAC Women's Tennis Weekly Honors
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Kim Allen, Castleton State College
(Sr., #3 - Newtown, CT)
In Castleton's only match of the week, an 8-1 win over Johnson
State, Allen dropped just one game in two matches. The first-year
player cruised to a 6-0, 6-0 victory in #3 singles. She then teamed
with Jamie Olson to capture an 8-1 victory in #1 doubles.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Carolina Ynguanzo, Bay Path
College
(Fr., 6th Singles - Springfield, MA)
Carolina helped Bay Path College to a 5-4 win over Becker College
by winning #6 singles 5-7,7-5,6-4. She also helped Bay Path to a
8-1 win over Newbury College, 6-3,4-6,10-5. She improved to 8-3 in
#6 singles.

NAC Women's Volleyball Weekly Honors

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Jeannette Nunez, Elms College
(Jr., OH - Canovanas, Puerto Rico)
Nunez recorded 38 kills (4.22 per game) and 30 digs (3.33 per
game) in a 1-2 week for the Blazers.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Ashley Tilton, Maine Maritime Academy
(Freshman, Outside Hitter - Lubec, Maine)
The freshman outside hitter had 21 kills, 8 aces, and 30 digs in
MMA's 3-0 week. Tilton had her best match of the season in the
teams 3-2 win over Machias collecting 14 kills and 19 digs.

NAC Cross Country Weekly Honors

MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY RUNNER OF THE WEEK
Tim Millett & Kel Cenga, Me.-Farmington
(FR, - Gorham, ME / FR. - Brewster, MA)
Millett and Cenga led the Beavers to a fifth-place finish at the
State of Maine Championships. The duo finished the course three
seconds apart; Millett in 30th place in 27:59 and Cenga in 31st.
MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Michael Campbell, Castleton State College
(Fr., - Schenectady, NY)
Campbell finished 14th out of 117 runners at the Western New
England College Invitational to help guide the Spartans to a sixth
place finish. The freshman was Castleton's top runner with a time
of 29:13 in the 8K.
WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY RUNNER OF THE WEEK
Emily Farley, Me.-Farmington
(SO, - Mount Desert Island, ME)
Farley helped the beavers to a fifth-place finish at the State of
Maine Championships by placing 29th in the 5K race. Farley was the
first non-NESCAC runner to come across the finish at 20:31.
WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY ROOKIEOF THE WEEK
Sage Small, Castleton State
College
(Fr., - Vernon, CT)
Small finished eighth out of 105 competitors in the Western New
England College Invitational 5K. The freshman's time of 21:21 was
tops for the Spartans as the team took home third overall
