four goals along with four assists in the NAC semifinal victory
against Maine Maritime this past Saturday.

Freshman attack Paul Battapaglia (Clinton, CT/Morgan) netted three
goals and one assist in a NAC semifinal victory over Maine Maritime
this past Saturday.

NAC Baseball Weekly Honors
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Brad Polcare, Castleton
(Sr., 2B - Saratoga Springs, NY)
Polcare led the Spartans to a 4-3 week, including a sweep of Elms
College to secure the top-spot in the NAC tournament. Polcare hit
.519 (14-for-27), scored 12 runs and drove in seven. The senior
second baseman stole six bases and slugged .778 to go along with a
.594 on base percentage from the lead off spot in the order.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Dan Conley, Castleton
(Fr., 3B - Manchester, NH)
Conley was 13-for-27 (.481) in a 4-3 week for the Spartans that
included a sweep of Elms College to earn the #1 seed in this
weekend's NAC tournament. Conley had four doubles and drove in
seven runs while scoring eight. The freshman third baseman stole
six bases, slugged .630 and had an on base percentage of .533.

NAC Softball Weekly Honors

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Cassie Berry, Husson College
(So., 2B - Damariscotta, ME)
Cassie Berry helped lead the Eagles to an 8-0 week, going 19 for
31 at the plate (.612). She had 3 doubles, 6 RBI's, scored 9 runs
and had 3 stolen bases. Berry also had the game winning double in
the 7th inning versus Bowdoin College, to drive in the tieing and
winning runs giving the Eagles the 2-1 victory.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Alyson Durben, Lesley University
(FR, OF - Stow, Mass.)
Alyson Durben continued her impressive rookie season batting .579
this past week. Durben scored six runs and knocked in six on the
week. She tallied three doubles and a triple in week that saw the
Lynx go 5-1 to get the #2 seed in the NAC playoffs.
