Nov 10, 2008 - Shelby Bradford scored both goals as Husson captured the NAC Women's Soccer title 2-0 over Maine-Farmington earning the junior NAC Women's Soccer Player of the Week as well as Tournament MVP honors.
Nov 3, 2008 - UMF's Amber Murphy led her women's soccer squaed to a pair of NAC postseason victories as the junior netted the overtime game-winner in a 1-0 semifinal win at Castleton and scored a goal and set up the game-winner in a 3-2 overtime victory against Lyndon State in the opening round. Oct 20, 2008 - Amy Young had an outstanding week leading Maine Maritime women's volleyball to a 3-0 record this week with wins over Husson, Thomas and UMaine Farmington.
Oct 13, 2008 - Castleton freshman Michael Krahn shot a tournament-best 155 to earn medalist honors at the North Atlantic Conference Golf Championship. Krahn's efforts also earned him NAC Golfer of the Week in addition to Golfer of the Year and Rookie of the Year honors. Read about all this week's honorees.
Oct 6, 2008 - Marion Kish set a career high with 38 assists against Maine Maritime along with 15 digs and 3 aces as the Eagles pushed their NAC record to 4-0 with two conference wins this week. Sep 29, 2008 - Johnson State's Ziressa Hibbard won at the #4 singles flight 6-0, 6-0 over her Lyndon State opponent and teamed with Nicole Hamilton at #2 doubles to earn another victory 8-2 to help the Badgers to their first win 5-4 over the Hornets earning her NAC Women's Tennis Player of the Week. Sep 22, 2008 - Farmington's Ryan Pelletier led the Beavers men's soccer squad to a 3-1 win over NAC foe Maine Maritime Academy on Saturday.
