Castleton Grabs Top Seed in NAC Women's Lacrosse Tournament
Castleton put the finishing touches on its third-straight unbeaten regular season and has earned the top seed in the upcoming North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Women’s Lacrosse Tournament. The Spartans, who have earned NCAA Tournament berths in each of the last two seasons, have earned a bye through the first round and will host a semifinal round contest on April 29.

NAC Baseball Weekly Honors
J.T. Whitten batted .478 across six games to lead Husson to a 4-2 mark and earn Player of the Week honors. Thomas College's Tim Locke dazzled New England College hitters, striking out nine in a complete-game shut out of the Pilgrims and was named Pitcher of the Week. Soren Pelz-walsh batted .333 for Castleton and earned Rookie of the Week accolades.

NAC Men's Lacrosse Weekly Honors
Zach Davidson led Castleton to a pair of pivotal conference wins over New England College and Maine Maritime, recording 15 points to secure first place and earn Player of the Week honors. Peter Moore helped Maine Maritime to a 1-1 week, recording six points and seven ground balls and was named Rookie of the Week.

NAC Women's Lacrosse Weekly Honors
Buoyed by the playe of Kate Auer and Kim Gosselin, who earned Player and Rookie of the Week honors respectively, Castleton went 2-0 in conference play to secure its third-straight unbeaten season against conference competition. The duo combined for 21 points on 12 goals and nine assists in the two wins.

NAC Softball Weekly Honors
Hayley Rae batted .562 with nine runs batted in and seven runs scored to pace the Maine Maritime offense and earn Player of the Week honors. Kayla Wood went 2-1 with a 1.17 ERA for Castleton, ending the week with a ten-inning scoreless streak and was named Pitcher of the Week. Casey Lopes was red hot for Husson, posting a slash line of .562/.532/.812 and was named Rookie of the Week.

NAC East Men's Tennis Weekly Honors
Green Mountain's Connor Braden was perfect on the week, earning a pair of first-flight singles wins and two more number-one doubles wins to earn Player of the Week honors. Myles Utell earned wins in his only matches of the week without dropping a game and was named Rookie of the Week.

NAC Baseball Weekly Honors
Macyn Clifford played a huge role in Castleton's 4-2 week, putting up a slash line of .450/.522/.800 including four doubles and a home run to earn Player of the Week honors. Sam Matthews pitched in three Lyndon wins, including a complete-game shutout of UMaine-Farmington and was named Pitcher of the Week. Trevor Hisler collected seven hits in ten at-bats for UMF and earned Rookie of the Week accolades.

NAC Men's Lacrosse Weekly Honors
Gunnar Shelton posted 21 points, including the 100th in his career, in a trio of Thomas wins and was named Player of the Week. Luc LeBlanc helped facilitate the Castleton attack, corralling 20 ground balls and winning an impressive 75 percent (27-36) of his faceoff attempts.
