NAC Men's Basketball Weekly Honors

PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Ted Neil, Me.-Farmington
(SR, F - Strong, ME)
Neil helped the Beavers to a 3-0 week with a pair of career-high scoring nights. Neil tallied 25 points, including five 3-pointers, in a win over Johnson State and, the following afternoon, scored 26 points with eight 3-pointers in a victory over Lyndon State. On the week, Neil averaged 18.3 points per game connecting on 20 of 32 field goal attempts (62.5%), including 13 of 22 threes (59.1%).

 

 

 

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

Shawn Rodgers, Thomas College
(FY, Forward - Philadelphia, PA)
Rodgers came off the bench to help the Terriers sweep three conference victories this week. On the week he averaged 11.7ppg and 9.3 rebounds. Against Johnson St., Rodgers had career highs with 17 points and 13 rebounds. He shot 63% from the floor for the three games (15-25).
