PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Craig Heintzelman, Mount Ida
(Junior, Midfielder - Windham, NH)
Junior face-off specialist Craig Heintzelman was honored as NAC
Tournament Most Valuable Player following the Championship game
against Castleton State this past Saturday at Mt. Ida Athletic
Field. He dominated the face-off circle winning 19-of-26
possessions along with the first goal of the contest. Heintzelman
picked up 11 groundballs giving his team the offensive
opportunities they needed for the victory.

Junior attack Brett Conley (Fairfield, CT/Fairfield Warde) netted
four goals along with four assists in the NAC semifinal victory
against Maine Maritime this past Saturday.

Paul Battapaglia, Mount Ida
College

Freshman attack Paul Battapaglia (Clinton, CT/Morgan) netted three
goals and one assist in a NAC semifinal victory over Maine Maritime
this past Saturday.

Mike Ross, Thomas
(Sr., Attack - York, Maine)
Mike Ross scored 16 goals to guide the Terriers to a perfect 3-0
week. Ross also contributed with 3 assists and 17 ground balls.
Mike controlled 23 out of the 30 face-offs.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Craig MacDerment, Castleton
(Fr., Midfield - Glenville, NY)
MacDerment tallied six points in a 2-0 week for Castleton. The
freshman midfielder scored two goals and handed out four assists.
MacDerment was also 18-for-25 (.720) on face-offs and corralled 15
ground balls on the week

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Josh Fask, Becker
(So., A - Worcester, MA)
Josh Fask had 13 goals and 6 assists for the Hawks who went 3-0
last week. In a 9-7 win over Emerson College Fask had 2 goals and 3
assists. Becker picked up its first conference win with the
victory. In a 19-7 win over Lyndon State Josh had a career high 6
goals and 2 assists and in the second conference win of the week a
10-9 decision over Johnson State Fask had 5 goals and 1 assist.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Matt Savage, Mount Ida
(Fr, A - Peabody, MA)
Freshman attackman Matt Savage (Peabody, MA/Peabody) netted six
goals and one assist in two games this past week against two North
Atlantic Conference (NAC) opponents. Savage would help keep his
team perfect in league play.

Michael Martinez, Castleton
(So., Attack - Barrington, IL)
Martinez led Castleton to a 2-1 week, including a conference win
over Maine Maritime. Martinez scored nine goals over the three
games. The sophomore attack also grabbed 12 ground balls on the
week
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Josh Colello, Thomas
(Fr., D - Yamouth, ME)
Colello posted 10 saves leading Thomas to a conference victory
over Johnson State 12-7.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Billy Noyes, Johnson State College
(So., Attack - Boston, Mass.)
Billy Noyes scored five goals and recorded an assist in JSC's
11-10 double overtime win at Maine Maritime in the Badgers only
contest of the week. Noyes added seven groundballs in victory
giving JSC their first 2-0 start in program history.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Christopher Keiley, Maine Maritime Academy
(Freshman, Attacker - Holliston, MA)
The freshman attacker continued his stellar play this week
collecting 7 goals and 3 assist in MMA's 2-1 week. Keiley had 10
points this week to add to his team leading 18 points. Keiley had 3
goals in a 11-10 win over Thomas College and then had 4 goals and 2
assists in a 11-10 double overtime loss to Johnson State. Keiley
finished off the weekend with an assist in MMA's 8-2 win over St.
Joseph's College.

Christopher Keiley, Maine Maritime
Academy
(Freshman, Midfield - Holliston, MA)
The freshman midfielder started his collegiate career in style
this week. Keiley recorded eight points this week including five
goals and three assists. In a loss to UNE, Keiley had a goal and
two assists and grabbed 7 ground balls. In MMA's NAC win over
Becker, the freshman recorded 4 goals on only 5 shots, and also
added an assist in the match.

Nate Prince, Mount Ida College
(Freshman, Attackman - West Gardiner, ME)
Freshman attackman Nate Prince (West Gardiner, ME/Gardiner) had
his best outing in an Mount Ida uniform netting two goals and three
assists in a 19-4 win against Thomas College this past Saturday.

PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Michael Martinez, Castleton

In a 1-1 week for the Spartans, Martinez provided five goals and
one assist off the bench. In a 13-8 NAC win over Emerson, Martinez
scored three goals, including the game winner. The sophomore
midfielder also recorded four ground balls on the week.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Dan Harrington, Mount Ida College
(Fr, D - Westford, MA)
Freshman defender Dan Harrington scored his first goal in a
Mustang uniform against a very tough Colorado College this past
Sunday. He has been a rock on the defensive side of the ball
tallying two ground ball pick-ups.
