Castleton Claims NAC Men's Tennis Title

Castleton claimed the NAC Men's Tennis Championship with an
overal score of 20 points at the conclusion of today's tournament
hosted by Thomas College in Waterville, Maine. Runner-up Johnson
State scored 16.5 points while host Thomas and Becker tied for
third with 13 points.
The final day started at Thomas College with the doubles champions
being crowned.

The singles championship finals were played next shifting to Colby
College.

The North Atlantic Conference Men's Tennis Championships continue weekend, April 25-27. Along with host Thomas, Becker, Castleton, Johnson State, Lesley and Wheelock will compete in the two day, flighted tournament.
Individuals have been seeded into flights prior to the tournament with the top two seeds in each flight receving byes. A team champion will also be determined. One point will be awarded to the winner of each match with a half point to a victory in the consolation bracket.
