Husson Earns Sixth Seed in NCAA North East Softball Regional
BANGOR, Maine - The NCAA Division III Softball Committee has announced the 61 teams that will compete in the 2012 Division III Softball Championship, and Husson University was tabbed with a #6 seed in the North East division where they will play #3 seeded host Amherst College.

NAC Softball Weekly Honors
Becca McCarty went an impressive 6-1 on the week, including five wins in the NAC Tournament to lead Husson to its fourth-straight conference crown. McCarty earned MVP honors for her performance in the tournament as the sophomore did not allow an earned run over 22 innings in four elimination games.
