NAC Women's Basketball Weekly Honors

CO-PLAYERS OF THE WEEK
Jess Banks, Castleton State
College

Banks led Castleton to a pair of NAC wins, 57-38 over Thomas and
65-44 over Maine-Farmington. The junior point guard averaged 15.5
points over the two games, shooting 60% (12-20) from the field and
54% (7-13) from three-point range. Banks also grabbed 4.5 rebounds
per game, dished out 7.5 assists and turned it over just five total
times while playing 33.5 minutes per contest.
Shelby Bradford, Husson
(So., F - Lee, Maine)
Bradford led the Eagles to a 3-0 week including a pair of NAC
wins. In a key NAC game against Lesley, Bradford had 23 points, 15
rebounds, 5 steals and 4 assists, pacing Husson to a 78-74. In a
non conference win over UMFK she had 16 points, 11 rebounds, 3
steals and 2 assists. Playing 14 minutes in a win against Wheelock
she had 6 points and 3 rebounds.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Heidi Miller, Becker College
(FR, Forward - Winnisquam/Sanbornton, NH)
Miller helped the Becker College Hawks improved their NAC record
to 3-2, with two impressive wins over Wheelock College and Elms
College. Miller averaged 14 points per game this week, including 20
points Tuesday night against Wheelock.
