Player of the Week

Woodlin Placide, Thomas
Senior, M/F - Les Cayes, Haiti

Placide scored five goals and assisted on two more for a 12-point week as the Terriers earned two conference wins. He scored a hat trick in a 12-0 win against NVU-Lyndon on Saturday while putting all five of his shots on goal. The senior added two more goals in an 8-1 victory against NVU-Johnson on Sunday. Placide jump-started the Thomas offense in both games, scoring the first goal of each contest within the first four minutes of play. 




Defensive Player of the Week

Corey O'Toole, SUNY Delhi
Senior, GK - Colonie, New York

O'Toole split halves with Noah Blake for a combined shutout in a 4-0 win versus UMaine-Presque Isle on Saturday. He followed up with an incredible nine-save performance to hold the line in a 2-1 victory against Husson. O'Toole's last save of the game was arguably his finest of the afternoon. With 90 seconds remaining, he stretched to deflect a good line to the upper right corner by Joao Passoni. He made 11 saves total for a .917 save percentage in the two conference games.




Rookie of the Week

Eric LaBrie, Thomas
First-year, F - Yarmouth, Maine

LaBrie scored four goals and had an assist for nine points as the Terriers went 2-0 in conference play over the weekend. The rookie fired nine shots on Saturday, scoring three for his first career hat trick, as the Terriers took a 12-0 victory over NVU-Lyndon. He continued the offensive pressure with nine shots, a goal, and an assist in an 8-1 win against NVU-Johnson on Sunday.







Player of the Week

Eryn Doiron, Maine Maritime
Senior, M - Wilton, Maine

Doiron had a record-breaking weekend for Maine Maritime while protecting the team's unblemished conference record. In the Mariners' 8-0 win over NVU-Johnson, Doiron tallied a hat trick. Then in a 6-0 win against NVU-Lyndon, the senior midfielder tallied four goals including the game-winner to become the program's all-time leading goal-scorer. She also set new single-season records in goals scored (19) and points (41) with two weeks left to play. She totaled seven goals and one assist for an incredible 15-point week.




Defensive Player of the Week

Margot Simeon, Maine Maritime
Sophomore, M - Findlay, Ohio

Simeon was crucial to the Mariners' 2-0 week against a pair of conference opponents. The midfielder led a defense that held both teams to just three shots combined in 180 minutes of soccer. The effort helped Maine Maritime secure the team's sixth and seventh shutouts of the season and remain perfect in conference play.





 Rookie of the Week

Jenna Dietenhofer-Diamond, Husson
First-year, GK - Holbrook, Massachusetts

Dietenhofer-Diamond registered her first collegiate shutout in her first collegiate start, earning a 1-0 win against SUNY Canton on Saturday. Her impressive weekend continued with 110 minutes in the net as the Eagles battled SUNY Delhi to a 1-1 double-overtime draw. The rookie recorded 22 saves in three games throughout the week and earned a .917 save percentage in conference play.







Player of the Week

Melissa McMaster, SUNY Canton
Senior, MB - Pittsford, New York

McMaster averaged 2.22 kills and 0.44 blocks per set while hitting .378 (20-3-45) over three matches last weekend for the Roos. She posted six kills without an error while hitting .400 against No. 14 nationally-ranked Juniata on Saturday. She followed that up with 10 kills and just one error on 14 swings (.643) in a loss to Cabrini. 




Defensive Player of the Week

Jenna Roat, SUNY Canton
Senior, LB - Penfield, New York

Roat averaged 4.56 digs per set (41 total digs) over three matches last weekend for the Roos. She totaled 18 digs in a loss to DeSales and then followed up with 15 digs against No. 14 nationally-ranked Juniata. She also tallied five assists, two service aces, and two kills this week.





 Rookie of the Week

Ashton Houppert, SUNY Canton
First-year, S - Lowville, New York

Houppert averaged 6.89 assists over three matches last week for the Roos. She totaled 62 assists, including 24 against No. 14 nationally-ranked Juniata, and 26 in a loss to Cabrini. Houppert also recorded 15 digs (1.67 d/s), three kills, and one ace across nine sets.
