Abus Mohamed Ali was named the North Atlantic Conference Men’s Soccer Player of the Year, as voted upon by the conference’s head coaches.

SUNY Delhi’s
EJ Reutemann was voted the NAC Men’s Soccer Coach of the Year by his peers.
Mohamed Ali tallied three goals and five assists for 11 points over 14 games for SUNY Poly, including three goals and three assists for nine points versus NAC opponents. He charted game-winning goals against UMaine-Farmington and SUNY Delhi, and added a score in a divisional clash with Northern Vermont-Johnson.

Banker finished the season with eight goals and 16 points. Five of his goals were against NAC rivals, including two-goal performances versus Northern Vermont-Johnson and SUNY Canton; four of his goals were game winners. Banker will join Castleton University’s Thomas Kirk (2016 and 2017) as the only repeat Defensive Player of the Year honorees in NAC men’s soccer history. Academically, Banker has maintained a 3.83 GPA while majoring in mechanical engineering with a minor in applied mathematics.
Dickenson was third among Maine Maritime scoring leaders with three goals and one assist for seven points, including a pair of game-winning goals.
Reutemann, in his second season at SUNY Delhi, led the Broncos to a 10-6-2 mark in 2022, a remarkable reversal from the 3-12-1 record charted by the team in 2021.
In addition to the major conference awards, 33 student-athletes were named to the All-Conference teams, and 12 individuals were named to the NAC Men’s Soccer Sportsmanship Team. Selection to the Sportsmanship Team is reserved for those who have distinguished themselves through demonstrated acts of sportsmanship and ethical behavior. The honorees have positively affected the men’s soccer culture and game environment by clearly demonstrating sportsmanship and integrity beyond the soccer rules and etiquette.
