2018 Field Hockey Championship Information

The NAC and NECC will have an alliance championship in 2018. Each conference will send their top three regular season finishers into postseason play, with the NAC No. 2 and No. 3 seed facing off, while the NECC No. 2 and No. 3 seed battle in first-round action. Both games are set to take place on Halloween.  The winners of those two match-ups will move on to a final four tournament with the respective No. 1 seeds, hosted by the No. 1 seed from the NECC, on November 3-4, 2018. The champion will be crowned the NECC Field Hockey Champion.

Game 1: NECC No. 2 Becker 3 vs. NECC No. 3 Elms 2

Game 2: NAC No. 2 Husson 3 vs. NAC No. 3 UMaine-Farmington 2 - OT

 

Semifinals: Sat Nov. 3 (at No. 1 NECC seed, New England College)

Game 3: NECC No. 2 Becker 2 vs. NAC No. 1 Thomas 7

Game 4: NAC No. 2 Husson 4 vs. NECC No. 1 New England College 0


Finals: Sun Nov. 4 (at New England College)

Game 5: NAC No. 1 Thomas 1 vs. NAC No. 2 Husson 2 -OT
