Brendan Walsh ran to an eighth-place finish at the Runnin' Monk Invitational, helping Johnson to a sixth place finish and earning Rookie of the Week honors.
Lyndon's Kyle Powers earned Runner of the Week honors after finishing second at the Vermont State Championships Saturday on his home course, leading the Hornets to a second-place finish to 12th-ranked Middlebury College. UMF's Josh Wynne scored sixth at the Colby Invitational and was named Rookie of the Week.
